The priciest home to come online this week is a condominium unit at 25?Columbus Circle?in Lincoln Square with an asking price of $21.5 million, according to?Streeteasy.com. Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers at Sotheby?s?International Realty have the listing. The 2,636-square-foot home has?three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one half bathroom. Other features?include 10-foot ceilings and a great room with park views.

Cathy Fuerth of the Corcoran Group has the week?s second priciest?listing for an Upper East Side co-op located at 830 Park Avenue.?Listed with an asking price of $15.999 million, the seven-bedroom,?seven-bathroom home comes as a combination opportunity. A Maisonette?triplex that has its own private entrance can be connected to an?adjacent doctor?s office ? now converted for residential use ? that?has its own Park Avenue entrance, according to the listing. Mary Kent?at Sotheby?s is the broker for the doctor?s office. A West Harlem co-op home located at 511 West 138th Street?is the week?s least expensive listing to hit the Manhattan market. The?three-bedroom, one-bathroom, 800-square-foot home has an asking price?of $199,000. Julia Torrence at Torrence Real Estate has the listing.

A studio co-op unit located at 320 East 42nd Street?in Midtown East is the week?s second cheapest listing. Square footage?for the unit, whose asking price is $215,000, is not listed. Joe?Gotham at Joe Gotham LTD has the listing, which says the apartment?gets good sunlight and has a large kitchen.

The third least expensive listing is located across town in Midtown?West at 325 West 45th Street.?Guido Pompilj at Vivaldi Real Estate has the listing for the?300-square-foot studio unit.
